that's when the company's value is far below the directors expectation. This is the opposite, the company has a decent valuation so any CR has to be done at a discount hence why its getting off loaded.
foster stock broking will be all over this, and its all legal and above board. a broker activity report on who is selling for the last 3-4 weeks would give all the answers. i'll try and get something.
