Many reasons

some people want to have a good Christmas cheer without worrying about price going down than up
some people have died and estates are selling so beneficiaries can spend the estate
some people have seen a nice new car in showroom they like and they reckon good opportunity to enjoy the profits now
some people worried about fast moving technology is moving faster than management can keep up with potential
some people want to be kept informed on a daily basis, but if management did that they would not be doing the job of prospecting for paying customers.
some investors are too impatient
some people believe they seen a better growth prospect after reading Motley Fool again..lol
