Hey Caossults,
Suggestion only, that you add stock today, as it is the only day you can purchase shares to be included in the rights issue.
So, yes, it's a really good time to buy on the open market IMO, knowing you will be offered 2 for 5 at the end of the day for 2.5cps.
In other words, if you buy 100 000 shares, you will be offered 40 000 in the rights issue and they will cost you $1000.00
Example buy 100 000 shares at 5cps = $5000.00 Rights offer 40 000 shares at 2.5 cent = $1000.00
Total 140 000 shares for $6000.00 giving you an average buy price of 0.042 cents per share.
