Can't you people read, todays announcement quite clearly states Burton DID NOT partipate in the placement (so what if he did, he would not require shareholder approval whereas directors do), he has not sold any shares and indeed was diluted by the placement.
If this story is any good the price will react when they get the gas to flow, it really is as simple as that.
Some of this commentary belongs in the X FILES.
This is a good story and a good punt if it works, if it the gas does not flow they have some cash to fight another day.
I can imagine the rantings if they took the money off all shareholders and it was a dud (no flow), that is why they do 708 exempt placements, sophisticated investors have no come back if it fails, retail punters would be lining up the directors and sueing because "you knew when you took the money from us it was a dud".
Just concentrate on the projects technical merits and enjoy the run if it works.
