WHY THE DROP???, page-10

Have found "sort of a reference" in the Dana newspaper article it says in part,
The latest Chinguetti well has encountered more than 300ft of oil trapped in sediment.Preperations are now being made to test the latest find before a third well is drilled in order to accurately guage the size of the field, already thought to have commercial prospects despite it's remotness.
Make of it what you will it seems to say a third well after testing.
If Dana have the correct info.
