    ntg more than a few traders selling on news. Brokers were/are probably capping it in the low 9's.

    Maybe a few years ago it would have run up a few cents. Alas,this market is hard and ntg is certain. But i do feel that over the coming weeks it will rise and rise.

    I will trade it where i see fit also.
