Lots of Congo cobalt spruickers. The risks are just too high to be in the Congo. However as you know there are lots of people who won’t learn from history and end up making the same mistakes their forerunners made. Congo is high risk not because the cobalt and copper ain’t there but because the government is unstable and there is a history of violent revolutions. But still investors look at 0.3% cobalt and 1% copper and go Gaga.
