There are two main points to consider;
1. Not all sleep apnea is caused by being overweight.
2. Overweight people continue to exist despite all the weight loss opportunities available to people. Exercise, dieting, weight loss drugs, access to dieticians, etc etc and we still have overweight people.
For anyone to think that the addressable market for sleep apnea medical devices will be non existent in the near future is dumb.
