On the 17th August 09 Ross Coyle converted 10000 options with an exercise price of $1.04.
He still has 240,000 left with an exercise price between $1.04 and $1.19.
Between the 15th and 18th June 09 he sold 50,000 shares for $247,489.
It’s good money if you can get it --- but it is stretching it a little to suggest that is an expression of confidence by a director.
I have a good holding of DOM – just trying to reflect the situation as I see it.
Thankfully it would now appear that apart from these remaining 240,000 options --- the remaining director options more closely reflect the current market prices.
