As good as the technology and portfolios are, the company financials aren't so bright. The fee increase may bring them close to break eve, but what about making a reasonable profit now or ever? Growth in new accounts is negligible and the success of their marketing to attract larger balances from investors seems to have failed. They have among others issues a branding problem people don't see them as a serious investments player once they start building a reasonable level of wealth. That's my take, they have a couple of years to figure it out, otherwise... thanks for coming.
