Sure - Few months. The problem is that the average purchase price before the trading halt was 44c. The Stock Opened at 50c after the trading halt. Many retail shareholders saw this opportunity to purchase more stock but were disappointed with the lack of momentum in the upwards direction, as a result the share value begun dropping. The Average Purchase price is now higher, but people are concerned with the history of TON that it would drop to new lows again. Thus many are selling out at a loss, consequently dropping it more, which results in even more selling out.

Today it appeared approximately 90% (from memory) according to live stats were retail shareholders. Manipulation is not dropping the price. No one is accumulating. It is simply a downward direction caused by negative sentiment. You also need to consider the fact many retail shareholders 'below' the average price were likely suckered in by the 'stock of the month' discussion, thus would've sold and traded it during this peak. The next few days will indicate the future of the stock but I would not state this is 'manipulation'.
