I think most were expecting things to be finalised around September for the Biogold acquisition. The delay of a couple of months for the transfer of the line of credit with the Chinese banks to the JV means that some people would much rather invest their money elsewhere till all the loose ends are tied up.

Having said that, this one requires patience and I believe Peter Secker has enough previous experience of working in China to get this deal through.

Once the deal is finalised and signed off, MIC will become a gold producer and hence will get a revenue stream.

This is one for the patient, and I believe someone is accumulating this stock on the dips. At least the company has been honest enough to keep the shareholders in the picture.
