While investing to grow and spending $7M in Malaysia this year to consolidate offices and build packing facility and laboratory I don't think that they should be buying back a heap of shares.
My opinion only and everyone is entitled to theirs.
I would agree with buying back a heap of shares if there is no opportunity to use the money with expectation of getting a good return on the investment.
