I think Asia will wise up to the Stunts being pulled by the US. We have been following the US tune for the past one year - I suspect people are starting to be quite sick of them not able to manage their economy. I have already heard recommendation to buy Singapore dollar denominated debt last night - testifying to the strength in Asia.

China is closed for the entire week - which is good. I am sure the Chinese are watching with interest. I think they should just buy over the entire financial institutions there. Things like this will not happen in Asia... we put our economy/people ahead of politics.
