Ah! just realised one possible reason for the softer SP. The DRP price calculation period runs for the 5 business days starting from the 2nd business day after the record date. Record date was 24th April thus the 5 day calc. period is 28April - 4 May inclusive. Kind of uncanny that the stock trades down from 29 cents on 27th, only to pop back up to 29 cents the day after the price calc period closed. Appears to have averaged 26.8 cents during the period so DRP participants should pick their stock up at 26.16 cents per share. Very close to the 26 cents per share Teoh just paid for his off market purchase!
I don't mind the dilution at 26 cents, small price to pay for getting a dividend on the table which helped get the share price off 10 cents!
