Based on the site linked below as a guesstimate we are looking at 12000 charged per house for laying bricks (materials excluded) of a standard 1 storey home of 8000 bricks. So that's 132k for 11 houses in brick laying rates alone. A display home will cost more. This is guess work and I am not sure what profit Archistruct would receive from a display home so can not confirm who walks away with more revenue/profit. Before we dig deep into who is better off and who isn't we should consider the importance of FBR having a display home for demonstrations which is an asset that is crucial imo. I would expect many more display homes to be constructed globally if we plan for FBR to be able to sell WaaS and demonstrate they can meet each separate lot of local regulations. It's money that needs to be spent and a step in the right direction although a little later than many would prefer.
