A 50/50 partnership will share the cost on everything , facility , administration, insurance, ect ect . I can certainly understand FBR is the contractor and BWK is the supplier, what I don’t understand is what did BWK offer to FBR to buy in ? Why set up a fresh company JV ? FBR could have just simply signed an exclusive agreement to use BWK blocks without sharing in profits , what is the trade off ? BWK,s large client base of builders ? What else will they contribute ? Would have liked to know more on the set up . What will WB contributed even larger client base and much more ? with these 2 large players uniting with FBR , no wonder USG Boral have decided to close all their brick manufacturing plants globally. Got a feeling CAT will be back in the picture , why wouldn’t they after all they are one of the best manufacturing companies in the world And positioned strategically around the globe just as WB is and now FBR attempting to . Lots of grey areas , lots of un answered question , although with the right people and partners on board I feel it wouldn’t take much to scale up if needed , we are talking world experts side by side with little old FBR , if it proves a nice little profit earner for all parties concerned, then it’s in the big boy best interest to produce as many HX’s as possible and if this is the case you can bet your bollocks they will dip into their deep pockets ! Win Win for all ! Including the poor and homeless of the world ! Nothing but positive for all concerned , these Displays will certainly be the start of commercialisation!
