He came in on threat (RC would only join if JH was voted off the board, as well as removed from CEO position), and is going out on threat (walking on a no vote).
Whether it's a yes or a no, the vote ends his relationship with CTP, because in a yes vote there is no more CTP, and in a no vote he walks.
