Due to the length of the document I will not provide a thesis but will state that Jemena are crying out to secure gas sales arrangements and have stated in the document that should Tarif change, this would be amended in line with any regulatory changes.

So so so there is no excuse for Central to use the excuse that they are waiting for more favourable regulatory price reductions because these would automatically kick in as part of the contract. Central have know this to be the case since the 24 December 2015, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Further more, Jemena stated that they reduced the pipeline size because no gas sales contracts were being signed with Jemena, did Central bite their own nose off trying to be smart or was there a longer term plan that stopped them to sign contracts ie MB

Have we been played as fools by central Petroleum???
