Huge document & some heavy reading and it does seem to be declared under Rolled in Tariff that charges will automatically be ammended.

A lot more to read through to get a proper understanding of their proposed agreement but it does seem that any proposed discount would be automatically applied and we don't necessarily have to wait to sign up to transport or sales agreements. The only delay I would suggest would be gas buyers hesitating due to uncertainty regards what the end price might be.
