Where was the UN resolution authorizing the War on Milosevic and the subsequest bombings?
I have done a Google but have not been able to locate the "Go Ahead" resolution.
Am I to understand that the marchers (re Iraq) were marching only because the UN had not given the green light?
If these marchers were marching because they are against war no reason withstanding, and no matter whether or not the green light is given by the UN, why were they not marching when Kosovo was being threatened?
Was that not a war?

Does the reason matter? If Milosevic killed 100,000 and his motives were the same as Hitlers (your comments) does that make him worse than Sadam who has killed more than 1,500,000, but for different reasons? Not that I think the reasons are different. Sadam turns his ethnic differences into "enemies" and that entitles him to some sort of seal of approval?
