Thanks NotthatWarren. That enlightens me. It's a worry when distributions are made to unit holders when profits are not available. Got caught out years ago with ConnectEast did the same thing. "Trusting" management for valuations also is a concern. I am just trying to find a company in the alternative energy sector that has a real future, pays a dividend and has recurring income. On the surface NEW does!
