My thoughts on finance FWIW is that every day that goes by is one day closer to announcement, having said that every day beyond the end of the month is lessening credibility of avb management and foreward projections, however if your looking at the big picture and not daily price flucs does it really matter if it takes an extra week or two to sign off on the right deal for the co.s future and shareholder's ultimate gain? Really even if the board fail to cut a deal with any institution, the worst case scenario would be a $12M cap raise which im sure many current LT shareholders wouldnt complain about, sure it will take a little longer but the end result remains the same without repayments. But still fingers crossed for a Monday TH or positive ann. on financing!! It feels like the last year or so has been in slow motion holding this stock, certainly testing patience but definately keeping the faith.
