Fact check that ASB83 you do like to bend them.
Certainly PLS has a better hard rock asset. No one would ever question that and yes they would and should expect better recoveries at better %SC. That said they only had recovery rates in the 40%'s in Feb / March but at 6%SC. They already advised the market. They have not reached 70% @ 6%SC steady state and are unlikely to for a number of months.

Soon all depends on your time frame, SDV is a 40 year asset. So a market turn around late 2019 early 2020 is probably pretty soon on the grand scheme. That said the lack of progress at SDV is disappointing for a long term holder.
