I suspect the larger fall in NTA is due to their gearing. At RRT's 80% gearing I believe (without doing the maths) that you would get a NTA fall of 5 times the asset fall.
As regards RRTs performance I believe there is a real issue here. A review of their financial reports shows low cash generated from actual trading - they seem to rely on capital growth and then asset sales to support distributions. When they fail to sell and then fail to distribute I think the market gets quite a reasonable case of nerves. The CNP disease that all property trusts are afflicedt by doesn't help.
I hold RRT (should have studied it better bfefore buy or at least sold earlier) so I hope I am wrong but can't see an early return to previous SP levels
