It looks to me like someone decided to sell too many shares too fast and consequently crashed the UBN price. They should have done it over 3 months , not 2 weeks. I'm not sure if escrowed shared will make any difference or not, but to me looks like if UBN can get up over 95cents this week, then it only has mild resistance above at $1.08-10 to then become potentially a $1.20 stock again , all going well. Could be a 20% - 30% gain from here which would be good buying.
Of course anything can happen, but I see this as an opportunity to buy into a beaten down stock.
