I don’t agree at all about the directors salaries - you guys need to do some research into what directors earn in the tech world - $350-500,000 is common even for sales managers here in Sydney. And there are 100s and of companies even in Australia recruiting for these roles.
If they don’t pay those rates, they won’t have any managers as they will be hunted plain and simple.
There is no conspiracy here.
