Umm - appreciate the concerns which seem valid but I don’t think you guys are actually appreciating what itlike in the tech world - there is a lot of money being made in there but also many many companies all constantly headhunting for talent. Some will literally throw money at the right people to get them to move roles - going to a yearly pow wow is standard across the industry - dont do that and there are literally dozens others right now in Sydney that would offer a role with a months all expenses paid training in San Franansico now for example.
The directors are not overpaid, most would earn more elsewhere now - $300-500,000 p/a is pretty standard. There are many sales reps at the top earning $500-1 mill in a good year. I would say most of the team here at LVT would be on $150-200,000 p/a
Its just the way it is - good thing is software sales is high margin and highly scalable so just need to keep that growth up and all should be OK - but do agree revenue needs to start accelerating past expenses very soon..
