Why has Livetiles lost its way?
- "Lacks diversity in management.
- Leadership is all Australian; all familiar withone another/all male.
- A few token folks are placed in positions beyond their capabilities.
- Several leadership roles are lacking actual experience to support.
- Positionsare filled based upon previous relationships and not on merit or skill set.
- Most of the C suite is out-of-touch with what is actually going on in the field.
- Company promotes the idea of a great culture and safe workspace but doesn't actually follow that practice.
- Several corporate folks were recruited to bring in experience that was lacking at LiveTiles to help take it to the next level; only to be ignored. Most have already left the company.
- Big issue with Communication and Collaboration.
- Advancement opportunities are lacking.
- Favoritism is witnessed heavily.
- Leadership fails to deliver on promises made.
- Company still holds onto the mentality that they are a "start-up" at age 4.
- Resistance to change is a huge crutch internally.
- Lack of Investment in real tools as a SaaS company is mind-blowing.
- No structure. No process. Lots of excel spreadsheets.
- Folks come to work for the beer; not the idea that they have a job and arethere to sell.
- Constantly finds creative ways to not pay commission and/or bonuses asunder contract for the folks in roles where bonus is a huge part of salary."
