    This is painful. Management said the takeover was not dependent on the CBTE deal. Obviously it is.

    RGM can't get a true value on BOS until the CBTE/GL Biochem deal is settled. Still hasn't happened. Personally, I can't see anything happening before then. Just keep watching your Yahoo link. JMO of course.
