Hard to say, but best guess is some funds who took up a large chunk of the $200 million at 37c in March to pay down the converting bonds were now seriously overweight in their portfolios given the recent run and needed to trim some of their portfolio holding. Last sale was $1.03 in the match.
Some nice brokerage fees made lining up some big deals the past weeks.
