The niggling thing in the back of my mind is the timing.
I had basically assumed ITC shareprice would not see any action until September .... and then ... from nowhere ... aggressive buying forces the price North.
Why was VPE in such a hurry to accumulate? They had months to pick up stock ....yet they snapped it up in days! It seems that for the moment they have stopped. But the Question remains ...
Why the Hurry?
