Coplan definitely seemed to actively promote FDA approval on their ESwab product, but cannot find any such approval on PhenoMatrix.
Not at all naughty to be promoting a idea / potential product if they're not giving any representation as to regulatory approvals which seem absent on all related promotional material.
Seems LBT / CCS has first mover advantage. No wonder they are so keen to do lab testing, get distribution network and service / training platform in place.
