Hi Minny, the only reason at the moment I know of is the all sophisticated investorsthat got their cheap shares in the CR need the share price at 0.45+ cents so they can dump their options. Oh and maybe that LOI that management was talking about before the CR might actually happen, but don't hold your breath.
