    The Chinese has been so predictable in all of this, first the provisional CBD approval, then the provisional NDRC approval, then the extension, then the $5M deposited, then the delayed term sheet.

    Knock knock ! The Chinese won't and can't walk away.

    Not withstanding the sp, this is a done deal.

    The no-show may be China's lame snub of GJ knowing GJ could soon cost CHina a lot in $$
