"SYR also has in place low-cost power from the national grid'

In June 2013 SYR announced that Balama would be connected by end of year to the grid, being 2013.

I see it is now November 2014, and my understanding is it is still not connected?...certainly nowhere near the actual project, where required.

Do you know where this is at, as I can not seem to find much in-depth detail other than Sept 2014 investor presentation stating,

" Balama East has favourable infrastructure including road links to Pemba Port about 240 kilometres away and power lines being connected to Balama town with the government indicating that it is willing to extend this supply to the Project."

Still seems some way off and has only taken them 18 months so far and is "still being connected" and not at the project?

Thoughts?
