why the lag in aus ssn price?

    When comparing the SSN price in the US and Aus, the calculation is 20 Aus shares = 1 US share. Correct?
    With a closing price of $2.40 in the US... That should equate to 12c for here for heads (and 10.5c for the options)?
    Why are we only sitting on 10.5c for heads? Ideas?
