Why the large holders?

    Why is there so many larger holders and changing each week,the payout"if" it goes ahead is $28.25 with franking on the $1.75 dividend.Remembing some will not be able to use the franking credits so they waiting for around 27C hardly a stellar investment holding for months and a possibility however remote of the sale not going ahead,maybe i am missing something.
