I'd say instos will wait until there is evidence that the
plant is producing 99.9%+ li carbonate.
Teething problemd with such a complicated chemical plant
could take time and cost alot and deprive the company of income for weeks if not months.
At current cash burn rate the company could run out of lollies by Dec 31st and may have to draw on the Chinese Bank line of credit which is preferable to another CR which would knock down the SP again.
