It's a shame that the bottom half of the article contains all sorts of disclaimers, the most important being that they are "doing business with CNQ and want to do business with CNQ".
It would be nice to have a report that wasn't paid for and influenced by CNQ.
Not being negative just pointing out to everyone that they should do their own research.
