why the little pop?

Seems to be a lot of hurry-up going on recently over there at the sub-continent.
Cougar has a foot in both holes still I guess. May be a reason for the little pop yesterday. The Pakistanis seem like they are in one heck of a hurry....looks like they are carving out holes in the coal seams by hand. Wonder what do they plan to do next then....set a fire in them?
