Another questions for those that are qualified to answer......If the flow rate of hydro-carbons within the overall flow rate starts to fall would the operator be required to notify an initial flow rate ?
I am just trying to learn about how and when operators are required to notify that to the market. Surely if a overall flow rate or the net hydro-carbon flow rate falls consistently over a period of time then that would then confirm a peak flow rate (and decline) and be material to the market wouldnt it ?
The reason I ask is that during this period of continued clean-up will we likely see a notice sent to the market when that flow rate or net hydro-carbon flow rate tops out ? if so then I assume they haven't seen that flow rate top out yet ??
I am just learning about these fine details so excuse my ignorance.
