There are too many 'real' reasons to explain that to you. The MAIN fact is, that Looksmart have had to 'kick start' a brand new Co (under it's new leader Dave Hills) whilst carrying on with a pretty 'fragmented' ongoing business, virtually until they could start to get some traction, with the new business.

Looksmart are now an Online Media and Technology Co that are becoming heavility involved with technology licensing and "shared" advertising revenues.

The Co now needs to scale up and will do so this quarter, I seriously believe. I have just noticed a post from Texas4Qld on Yahoo. Tex has recently become a shareholder once again and has provided a Link to his "public" view of his Looksmart Furl File .....

Some great stuff in it already, too ....And, well worth a 'bo-peep' at what he has already put together.....
