On the 29 October 2010 QMN issued shares and raise an additional $1.844m. Read the "Appendix 3b" notice lodged ton that date.
They have no solvency problems and can raise cash at will simply and easily.
So now you can ponder why the market is trading at 8 cents in a company which has over $1.00 in assets and is adequately cashed up for its current undertakings.
Looks like oversold to me and a great opportunity.
