Look at the insider buying in january in the US the directors of the big bank etc have been buying millions of dollars worth of shares in there own companies. One brought $11 million worth.

Forget wher it was but i think you can see if on yahoo money.

It is all these little things that happen that really signal when things are starting to look up.
