    just conjecture on my part as I tend to agree with you on this could be related to their "steel mill roll product"
    In that regard LBL is almost a defense industry / defensive stock now given the angst between China and Australia/USA , and analogous to what happened with Huwai and 5G .
    So would a country really want to be dependent on a belligerent trading partner for flat steel bar and sheet steel - or would you put tariffs against that country to reinvigorate your own steel industry plus at a govt level promote improving the efficiency of the industry with lower per unit of production cost consumables like LBL's steel mill rolls ?
