Basically, the market for Student Information Systems is all but sewn up except for QLD (so what)

DET NSW will build there own - MXL cant replace thier system, doesnt do all the things OASIS needs to do - and if it did would be a massive redevelopment onto a non MSFT system, too much like hard work
