Maybe the next Livewire article can be about how the sum of the parts of NSC has generally been way above the share price, and that distributing the same 10 stocks they have sat on for 5 years to shareholders could unlock the value. Then shareholders wouldn't have to incur all the hefty management fees , performance fees , director's fees , borrowing costs etc for what has been a buy and hold "coffee can" / hope type strategy? Lucky for NCC holders that NSC found CTN to takeover, gave them extra funds to support the COG price, as NAOS have been the constant almost only buyer since.. Is that also somewhat like a ponzi scheme @oceaneagle ?
