Guys.
Now the total fundraising is $300m from institutions and existing shareholders. My logic goes like this. The DFS comes out about 1m after the fundraising closes. Is Clean Teq going to need anymore funding - we don't know.
So if Clean Teq raises 150m and then stiffs the instos with a poor DFS,
1. they would get no more money if they needed it
2 their share price would be mired around a price below the fund raising.
So Clean Teq is going to want to give the instos some cake. They may also want to be sure they raise more money should they need to. So the DFS is going to be very share accretive.
Buy Buy buy between close of offer and DFS.
Why the only way for the share price is up!
