Why is the Burkina Faso-related drop in WAF so much more than other Burkina Faso gold miners? At the time of typing this, WAF (at $1.43) is down 14% from Friday's close. Other Burkina Faso gold miners, such as Endeavour Mining (London: EDV), Orezone Gold (Toronto: ORE), Fortuna Mining (Toronto: FVI; New York: FSM), are down between 5% and 8%. Is there a structural reason why WAF was hit harder, or is it a mispricing by the market which oversold WAF? WAF is run very well, so I cannot find a reason for this overreaction?!
